If you had a future appointment scheduled at Highpoint Flats, our team has already contacted you to transition your appointment to one of our other locations.
Your dental records are already available at both locations, so there is no need to transfer records, complete new patient paperwork, or start over as a new patient.
Healthy Michigan Plan (Medicaid) Patients
If you are enrolled in the Healthy Michigan Plan (Medicaid), please contact the Member Services phone number listed on the back of your insurance card to locate a dental provider in your area that participates with your plan.
Our Spring Lake location does not participate with the Healthy Michigan Plan, and our Norton Shores location will discontinue participation with the Healthy Michigan Plan effective December 31, 2026.
Your insurance company can provide you with the most current list of participating dental providers. If you need your dental records sent to your new dental office, our team will be happy to assist you.
